Background
A unique and diverse team.
Sally Simnett is an experienced
project development co-ordinator, manager and team leader. She
possesses a wealth of experience in working with people with
disabilities and mental health difficulties, both in the workplace and
social and community settings, where she provides a wide range of
services to aid their progression. Sally works at both grass roots
and strategic level. Her ability in teaching, mentoring and
counselling makes for an effective and positive interaction with a wide
range of clients and fellow team members.
Deborah Szablewska is a fully qualified
Chartered Counselling Psychologist who is experienced and competent on many levels in a wide range of areas. She is currently running her
own successful counselling psychology practice. Deborah has worked
in partnership with HM Prison Service as a consultant and been responsible for setting up and delivering a service to
meet the complex needs of offenders.
Deborah has a positive record of
accomplishment in turning
organisations around that were on the brink of bankruptcy. The services
she has helped are: drug and alcohol services, elderly peoples homes and
counselling services. As well as trouble shooting, she has advised
organisations on:

Training their staff.

Writing policies and procedures.

Training trustees.

Carrying out research in order that
the organisation directly meets the needs of their service users as well
as implementing good working practices, making sure the organisation is
a successful and dynamic working environment for both staff and clients.
Sally and Deborah also provide
incisive and practical training for staff that encounter, and work for,
people with mental health difficulties, drug and alcohol problems, and
many other issues. The training they provide improves the staffs working relationships and fuels
positive outcomes.
